Occupying an attractive old farmhouse by a crossroads, this restaurant has a name that recalls the cartwright trade of days gone by. It features a pleasant terrace for an aperitif or coffee, several attractively laid-out dining rooms (one with a fireplace), and a contemporary approach that places Mediterranean produce in the spotlight, offered to diners through various tasting menus. Among them, the one called Origen del chef stands out, where Federico Guajardo reproduces the most iconic dishes of his career and some that reflect his roots.
