                        Mustrue is one of the representative fine dining spots in Busan. Helmed by Chef Jung Jae-yong, a Busan native, it is covertly tucked away in a back alley of Dalmaji-gil Road. Open the golden door, and you’ll be greeted with a bar counter, where the chef masterfully handles everything from cooking to serving. By using unique local ingredients, such as Korean angelica seeds and short-fruit pimpinella, he creates European cuisine with a Korean twist. Chef Jung is passionate about maintaining the harmony between his culinary creations and Korean ingredients. And his passion is uncompromising – just as Mustrue, the eatery’s name, suggests.
