米其林指南的觀點
An appealing place where you can enjoy, for example, melt-in-the-mouth salmon gravelax with a creamy carrot purée and potato espuma, and, for dessert, chou au craquelin, lemon yuzu mousse and citrus fruit flavours. The low-key decor incorporates some pretty prints of artwork by Alain Thomas, and the veranda overlooks the terrace and grounds. The hotel, meanwhile, boasts pleasant guestrooms, a swimming pool and a spa.
