At Dorfstuba, the restaurant of Dorfhus Gupf boutique hotel, you can look forward to friendly and attentive service in a charming setting with a modern Alpine touch. Head chef Sven Vogelsanger champions seasonal produce from the region. Order à la carte or opt for the four- to seven-course set menu – you can also watch your dishes being prepared in the open kitchen. The standout feature is the open Asado grill station, where whole fish and special meat cuts are cooked.
