Emperor Qin provided the inspiration for the team at the helm of the restaurant of Hotel Keiser, hence the dark wood furnishings, soft red fabrics and oriental details like Chinese lanterns and paintings. The Cantonese culinary lineup is the quintessence of authentic, albeit subtly updated to suit today’s palates. The varied range of home-made dim sum dishes are characteristic of this ethos.
