Clad in Swiss hardwood, the building housing this tasteful restaurant stands right by the recreation area and close to the Reuss River. Chef Manuel Steigmeier skilfully toes the line between classic and modern, resulting in convincing, unpretentious dishes that make an impression. You will find the right pairing on the decent wine list. The intense sauces and delicate desserts are also worth a mention! They use first-class produce, the majority of which comes from Switzerland. The interior is sleek and chic – the impressive designer lamps by the owner's son draw the eye – and outside there is a wonderful terrace. On weekdays there is a simpler menu at lunchtime, and on Saturdays and Sundays some dishes from the evening menu are served.
