European Contemporary
The restored mansion of Taiwan Central Bank’s first CEO circa 1950s is now home to a European restaurant on the ground floor and an exhibition space upstairs. The airy room is lavishly furnished, with modern light fixtures that set nicely against the exposed wooden beams. The food also matches its tranquil, lush surrounding – the seasonal 8-course prix-fixe menu is thoughtfully designed by the Taiwanese head chef who used to work abroad.
