August 2023: 8 New Additions to the MICHELIN Guide Taiwan
Eight new establishments are added to the MICHELIN Guide Taiwan selection this month. Among them are quite a few familiar names. It's also worth noting that a restaurant that offers tasting menu that is jointly created by two chefs with Chinese and Western culinary training, as well as a vegetarian restaurant that features refined plant-based cuisine that is artfully plated and with layers of rich flavors.
