To honour the 120-year legacy of the ultimate in culinary accolades, we are pleased to announce the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2021 selections at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.
While recognising the challenging times restaurateurs and chefs nationwide are facing, MICHELIN Guide Thailand continues to grant these well-deserved honours, including three new distinctions that will be revealed at the morning press conference. We look forward to supporting, promoting, and publicising Thailand’s world-class culinary scene from established icons to hidden talents. The celebrations will continue into the night with an evening banquet for distinguished guests designed by gastronomic masters of the industry.

The First MICHELIN Guide for Fujian Province Unveils 5 New Stars and Highlights Affordable Local Gems
The first provincial selection of the MICHELIN Guide in mainland China, dedicated to Fujian Province, features 69 restaurants across Fuzhou, Xiamen, and Quanzhou, including 5 One-Star establishments, 47 Bib Gourmand selections, and 2 professionals honored with Special Awards.
MICHELIN Guide Shanghai 2025 Released, Awarding a Dim Sum Restaurant a Star for the First Time
The MICHELIN Guide Shanghai 2025 is released, featuring one new Two Star restaurant, five new One Star establishments, over 30 cooking styles, and honoring three exceptional professionals with Special Awards. And for the first time, a dim sum restaurant is awarded One MICHELIN Star in city.
The MICHELIN Guide Beijing 2025 Officially Released, with 13 Restaurants Making Their Debut on the List
The latest MICHELIN Guide Beijing includes one new restaurant awarded Two MICHELIN Stars, three restaurants receiving One MICHELIN Star, and four restaurants newly added to the Bib Gourmand list.
The MICHELIN Guide Extends to "Da Nang", Vietnam
Joining Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang becomes the third Vietnamese destination to be scouted by the MICHELIN Guide Inspectors. The restaurant selection for Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang will be revealed in June 2024!
