The characters on the sign read ‘tàocān’, meaning ‘set menu’ in Chinese. Keen to become their customers’ habitual haunt, Yiwanshui serves Chinese home cooking. Qī cǎi pén on the prix fixe menu is influenced by Chinese imperial court cuisine.
