Having mastered his culinary repertoire working in other restaurants, the chef at the elegant and minimalist Tola Rasa creates successful reinterpretations of classic Italian dishes by adding exotic spices and other ingredients (often from Asia) to his dishes. The gourmet dining room on the ground floor is supplemented by a wine bar in the annexe which serves a selection of snacks. Book a table facing the kitchen to watch the chef at work!
