A pared-down, less expensive lunchtime menu gives way to more ambitious fare in the evening, with a choice between "Les Inspirations", dishes created to reflect the seasons (cooked and raw Puits d'Amour melon), and "Les Incontournables" such as free-range guinea fowl supreme or fillets of perch from Lake Geneva).
