Designed by Patricia Urquiola, this restaurant in Andermatt's Reuss district showcases impeccable taste and modern elegance, with artwork by Gina Fischli, David Renggli, and Philip Taaffe on the walls. Chef Valentin Sträuli, a young talent, who trained under Andreas Caminada and previously worked in the kitchen at Schloss Schauenstein, maintains allegiance to the IGNIV tradition while blending in his own creative vision. The highlight is the four-course "Sharing Experience", which you have the option to supplement with further dishes. Led by sommelier Hannah van den Nieuwenhuizen, the excellent service team guides you with charm and expertise – as a sweet finale, you can look forward to the signature "Candy Store". Take the opportunity to sample the cocktail creations in the bar area – or coffee and cake in the afternoon. There is also a terrace where aperitifs and digestifs are served.
