The restaurant in the Reuss district of Andermatt has been tastefully and elegantly designed by Patricia Urquiola, with works of art by Gina Fischli, David Renggli and Philip Taaffe on the walls. Valentin Sträuli, a young chef from Andreas Caminada's talent factory and most recently at the cooker in ‘Schloss Schauenstein’, remains true to the IGNIV line and combines it with his own ideas. The focus is on the ‘Sharing Experience’ in four courses, which you can expand with additional dishes. The first-class service team led by sommelier Hannah van den Nieuwenhuizen will accompany you charmingly and competently - as a sweet finale, the ‘Candy Store’ awaits you. Try the cocktail creations in the bar area - and coffee and cake in the afternoon. There is also a terrace for aperitifs or digestifs. There is a ‘Sharing Brunch’ on Sundays.
