The kitchen offers many delicacies, such as “cold” spaghetti with seafood crudo, pistachio, and oregano, as well as grilled dishes of the Big Green Egg. In the surprise menu, meat reigns supreme, while the à la carte selection is more varied. If you choose a bottle of Champagne from the well-stocked wine list, it’s not unusual for the restaurant owner to open it for you with a dramatic saber (“sabrage”).
