The name is a diminutive version of ‘petrichor’ – which refers to the lovely scent that accompanies rain after a warm period – and there’s a similarly pleasant cosiness to the restaurant itself, thanks to its charming, intimate atmosphere. The set menu follows the seasons, with produce that’s only available in smaller batches offered as optional extra courses, such as pork from Rosa Skattlådan with fermented berries and rose petals. Dishes are well thought out in their creativity, showcasing a good understanding of balance and flavour, while wine and homemade non-alcoholic pairings complete the package.
