Haobin is a Chinese restaurant helmed by Chef Hu Deok-juk. Bathed in warm orange tones, the dining room blends Eastern and Western aesthetics with crystal chandeliers and elegant Chinese tableware, creating an inviting yet graceful atmosphere. The Cantonese-trained chef, now in his sixties, remains actively at the helm, drawing on more than five decades of experience to present a wide repertoire spanning regional Chinese cuisines. He is especially renowned for his mastery of soups, with Buddha Jumps Over the Wall—a dish he was the first to introduce to Korea—established as his signature. Private rooms are also available, making the restaurant well suited for family gatherings and business occasions alike.
