This cosy restaurant is located neither in the city centre nor on the usual tourist trails, yet… it’s really worth a visit! Brazilian-born Chef Angélica Salvador presents her take on traditional Portuguese and international cuisine through two tasting menus (Homenagem ao mar [“Tribute to the Sea”] and In Diferente), from which dishes can be selected as if it were an à la carte service. Her approach is distinctive and personal, with signature touches, making the most of the wonderful fish from the markets of Matosinhos or Aveiro, as well as excellent local meats. A standout dish? We love the delicate pastel de nata dessert with lemon cream, coffee, and cinnamon ice cream. The team is extremely friendly and professional!
