Unpretentious, natural, simple and honest – that's the motto here. The dishes, which are created using organic seasonal produce sourced from the region wherever possible, are packed with flavour. "In my kitchen, I only use ingredients from organically controlled cultivation, free of genetic engineering, from organic and Demeter farms, preferably from the region, and I have my own orchard and herb garden.
