The interior also has its charm: distinctive whitewashed brick walls, attractive floorboards and modern design elements create a charming, almost minimalist urban interior. This is matched by the modern, straightforward and often pared-back cuisine made predominantly from regional ingredients, for example the mashed potatoes with lovage and whey foam.
