In the heart of the Foch neighbourhood (6th arrondissement), a trio of exuberant partners pool their complementary talents: Amélie heads up the service, Noémie is in charge of the savoury dishes and Anne-Laure is on desserts. The short, reasonably priced menu changes every month and reflects the season in fresh vegetable-forward food. All the house-made elements are skilfully crafted, from delicate ravioli dough to sorbets and fermented items.
