On February 15th and 16th, the MICHELIN Guide will unveil the new MICHELIN Stars, Green Stars and Special Awards for Great Britain and Ireland 2022.
Due to the on-going pandemic, this year’s presentation will be held in a digital format only. This decision has been taken in consideration of the wellbeing, safety and convenience of chefs, restaurateurs and the MICHELIN team.
All the news will be announced through exclusive content – including social media stories and posts, as well as via editorial articles – to be published on the international Instagram account, the UK Twitter account and the UK & Ireland MICHELIN Guide websites.
Schedule:
• Friday 11th February, 10am UK time
Ahead of the MICHELIN Star Revelation, the new Bib Gourmand restaurants will be revealed.
• Tuesday 15th February, 10am UK time
The Special Awards – Chef-Mentor, Young Chef, Service, Sommelier and Newcomer – will be announced.
• Wednesday 16th February, 10am UK time
The new MICHELIN Stars will be revealed, along with the new MICHELIN Green Stars for sustainability.
• Thursday 17th February
An exclusive Interview with a newly awarded MICHELIN Starred chef will be posted.
The full Great Britain & Ireland MICHELIN Guide 2022 will be published in digital format on 16th February, both on the UK and Ireland websites and on the iOS and Android apps.
