This modern restaurant is located in the basement of a former silo on the Löwenbräu site. The open kitchen, which is practically integrated into the dining area, delivers creative, seasonal dishes that draw on sustainably produced ingredients from the region. For a fixed price, diners are served a seven-course set menu (vegetarian or with meat/fish) that includes drink pairings (wine or juice) – clear explanations are provided. Note: There is a reservation system and you pay in advance.
