Situated on a panoramic terrace with views of the sunsets over Baja Sardinia, a stone’s throw from the Costa Smeralda, this restaurant serves creative cuisine with a focus on local and Italian ingredients in unexpected combinations. Our inspector particularly enjoyed the cacio e pepe cannelloni with raw prawns, salicornia and cuttlefish ink.
