Modestly designed, Jum Khao embraces local influences and serves Isan fare with a little flair. There are a few à la carte and seasonal dishes but a wide variety of som tum options, popular comfort food like crispy grilled chicken wings, golden-brown garlic chips and Korat-style stir-fried rice noodles. The tricolour sticky rice combines butterfly pea purple, turmeric yellow and the natural white and is served with three dips and raw vegetables in a cute bamboo basket.
