Inside, the space reflects the menu’s Peruvian-Japanese fusion – think Kintsugi plates on the wall mixed with Peruvian woven baskets as ceiling light pendants. Nikkei favourites adorn the appealing menu which leaves you wanting one of each dish. TNT shrimp and salmon tiradito are highly recommended.
