With its pink façade and green shutters, this elegant and classically styled inn is an inviting proposition. The tastefully luxurious interior is adorned with bouquets of fresh flowers and floral wallpaper. In his open kitchen, Julien Poulain concocts classic dishes with a sprinkling of extremely subtle modern touches (roasted langoustine, celeriac risotto, bisque emulsion, tarragon, chopped hazelnuts). Friendly, attentive service and a very appealing wine list (a noteworthy selection of red wines, also available in magnums). In fine weather, make the most of the terrace and the verdant garden.
