Make a stop at this establishment on a small square in the city centre. The interior is inviting, with its warm decor of untreated wooden floorboards, fabrics and vintage porcelain. Hyper-local supplies from committed market gardeners, with a policy of absolute seasonality for vegetables and fruit, which are mostly organic; wild harvesting; small-scale and responsible coastal fishing sourced directly; recycling; repurposing of organic waste into compost; groceries bought in bulk, without packaging; micro-filtered water."
