It is not without good reason that this 300-year-old restaurant has so many regulars. Here, they honour tradition while managing to keep up with the times – and that goes for both the decor and the food, which is not only beautifully presented but also of the highest quality. The Swabian cuisine follows the seasons and draws on international influences. The emphasis is on regional ingredients, including meat and sausage products made on site in their own butcher's shop. As well as à la carte dishes, a three- or four-course set menu is available.
