In the peaceful northern Isère countryside, a family has revived the farm of its ancestors and turned it into a hotel resort. In a picturesque, restored stone barn, guests are invited to sample dishes overflowing in flavour that are inspired by the seasons and the region (Dombes duckling and locally bred trout).
