March. The end of Winter and the beginning of Spring. Depending on where you're from, this is probably the only time of the year where you'll see someone wearing shorts and the next person a winter jacket—no one does March quite like the Big Apple.
There is something different for everyone—everything from collaborations and transformations to special menus. That's why we're rounding up some of the most exciting and delicious offers in (and around) New York City—so you don’t have to.
So, clear your schedule because these are the MICHELIN Guide spots to visit this month.
One MICHELIN Star Corima’s Circle of Sharing Pop-Up Series
On Sunday, March 23rd, Corima will also be hosting their second “Burritos and Bake Sale”. Expect a selection of burritos (all served on Colima’s sourdough tortilla) along with a variety of baked goods and fresh drip coffee.
On Tuesday, April 15th, One MICHELIN Star Corima will host Chef Noah Sandoval of Two MICHELIN Starred Oriole for an exclusive one-night collaboration dinner ($180 per person). Expect crowd favorites from Oriole and Corima.

A One Night Only Cow Tasting Experience at ACRU
On Wednesday, April 2nd, ACRU will be hosting an exclusive six-course tasting menu. From the environmental benefits (lower carbon footprint) to better pay for dairy cow farmers, the menu is a celebration of the use of sustainable dairy cow meat. Highlights include dairy cow fat grilled flatbread, beef consommé, and 60-day aged steak.

Breakfast at Jean-Georges' Four Twenty Five
Courtesy of chefs Jonathan Benno and Jean-Georges, guests can now enjoy a traditional Japanese breakfast set at Jean-Georges' Four Twenty Five. Inspired by Jean-Georges' travels, the menu will offer a selection of juices and smoothies, pastries, and Japanese breakfast items. Highlights include miso-glazed hake, Japanese omelet, and tofu miso soup.

L’abeille à Côté’s new menu features elevated yet playful Japanese comfort food
Shifting away from their original prix-fixe menu, L’abeille à Côté will now instead feature an exclusive a la carte menu. Courtesy of Chef Mitsunobu Nagae, guests can expect refined dishes inspired by Japanese comfort food, like yakitori skewers, bone-in tonkatsu, and matcha "Tiramitsu.”

Ma•dé’s Indonesian brunch menu
Chef Cédric Vongerichten’s French and Indonesian-inspired restaurant is taking the brunch scene by storm with their brand-new brunch menu. Available Saturdays and Sundays from 12-3PM, guests will have the opportunity to try brunch favorites with an Indonesian twist. Highlights include fried chicken & ube waffles, chicken & egg balado, and rock shrimp omelette.
On top of that, guests can also enjoy cocktails like the Bloody Maria a La Playa (tequila blanco, white miso, kelp powder).
