New MICHELIN Guide Hotels for June

Each month, The MICHELIN Guide Inspectors add their most exciting discoveries to The MICHELIN Guide hotel selection. Hôtel Florida

Paris, France

You wouldn’t guess it at first, but the Hôtel Florida is almost entirely new inside. The Parisian architecture firm Liautard and the Queen worked hard to strike the perfect balance between vintage charm and modern glamour, revitalising the landmark’s interiors with walnut wood panelling, Art Deco furnishings and fanciful wallpaper.

Swinton Estate

Ripon, UK

Swinton Park is impressive enough: a beautiful 18th-century castle surrounded by some 200 acres of lake-dotted parkland. But that’s only the core of the greater Swinton Estate, which expands to an eye-watering 20,000 acres and encompasses a number of freestanding cottages.

Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa

Wyoming, USA

The Rusty Parrot is a Jackson Hole institution and, in its newest incarnation, it’s the sort of unpretentiously upscale luxury boutique hotel that the destination demands. It’s still family-owned and operated, and the service is as personal as ever. But the interiors now blend Rocky Mountain ruggedness with crisp contemporary style.
