Having moved from Cerreto Guidi to the beautiful countryside outside this small village, PS Ristorante is now housed in the refurbished Villa Petriolo with its 36 luxurious guestrooms. The restaurant’s appeal is enhanced not only by the charm of the villa and its delightful garden, overlooked by the outdoor terrace, but also by the property’s delicious home-produced ingredients, such as extra-virgin olive oil, wine, Cinta Senese pork, eggs from its own hens, produce from the kitchen garden, traditional wheat and other locally sourced ingredients, all reinterpreted in modern style by the chef. More traditional fare is served in the Osteria Golpaja.

"Situated on an organic farm, PS Ristorante serves cuisine with a focus on two key concepts which are inextricably linked, namely “proximity” and “consistency”. We raise our own chickens, goats, sheep and Cinta Senesi pigs, as well as growing our own fruit and vegetables, and produce our own olive oil, wine and traditional cereals. The restaurant is part of the “Forest for the Planet” project, donating five hectares of its own woodland to offset the harmful effects caused by CO2 emissions."
