The fine dining restaurant of the Bayerischer Hof hotel serves modern cuisine that draws on classical as well as Asian influences. Using top-notch seasonal produce, Anton Gschwendtner and his team work meticulously to create dishes that are pleasingly pared down and extremely skilfully structured. The set menu has a variable number of courses, and there is also a vegetarian option. Your experience is enhanced by the professional, attentive and very friendly front-of-house team. As for the surroundings, in view of Axel Vervoordt's chic, high-quality interior, the name Atelier may not seem too far-fetched.
