Three Stars: Exceptional cuisine
MICHELIN Green Star
Could there be a more fascinating backdrop for Andreas Caminada's culinary magic than a magnificent manor house that harmoniously combines history and modern design? In all its creativity and finesse, the cuisine draws almost exclusively on what the Graubünden region has to offer – some ingredients are produced on site. The standards, style and sense of individuality also extend to the guestrooms.
"We aspire only to ever serve the best! It took us a long time to get there, but we support organic farmers and use their produce. In addition, we promote and protect young talents through our foundation, Fundaziun Uccelin, in order to safeguard our profession and our quality standards."

Three stars for Sven Wassmer's Memories
In the MICHELIN Guide Switzerland 2022, Sven Wassmer joins the most exclusive ranks of the world's top chefs. Switzerland's new 3-star restaurant is located in the canton of St Gallen – in the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, to be more precise. This makes Sven Wassmer's Memories one of only 138 restaurants worldwide to have been awarded three MICHELIN stars. Bad Ragaz, which sees itself as a manageably small yet cosmopolitan village, is gaining international appeal.
