Chef-owner Masayasu Yonemura of Michelin-starred Yonemura will be kicking off the series from 4 to 11 February in an all new way: with the option to have a sake pairing menu where your dishes will be served alongside sakes rated 90 points and above by Robert Parker Wine Advocate’s first ever Sake Ratings Guide.
His menu for Art at Curate will showcase a signature culinary style which brings together Japanese and Western techniques seen in highlights such as the visually stunning lobster bouillabaisse as well as unforgettable combinations like wagyu tenderloin with a Japanese ‘Natto’ sauce.
Other chefs taking the helm later this year includes Korean chef Kang Min Goo from one-Michelin-starred Mingles in Seoul from 16 to 23 August. Chef Kang's contemporary Korean cuisine is known for his "bold creations that pay respect to Korea's culinary heritage", according to the Michelin inspectors.
Meanwhile 5 to 12 October sees chef Alexandre Dionisio from two-Michelin-starred La Villa in the Sky in Brussels presiding over the kitchens and his dishes were described as "appetising and intelligent" and "poised between modernity and classicism," in the Michelin Guide Belgium & Luxembourg 2017.
One more internationally acclaimed chef has yet to be unveiled so watch this space for more exciting news.
Art at Curate 2017 will be held at Curate at Resorts World Sentosa’s The Forum at Level 1.
