29 June was truly a night to remember as chefs of Michelin-starred restaurants new and old descend upon the Fullerton Hotel. Guests are treated to exquisite dishes conceived by a stellar line up of chefs from Curtis Duffy of three-Michelin-starred restaurant Grace, Tam Kwok Fung of two-starred Jade Dragon as well as local names like Jason Tan of Corner House and Cheung Siu Kong of Summer Pavillion.
"Singaporeans in my experience are arguably the world's most passionate food lovers," says Michael Ellis, International Director of The Michelin Guides. "So every year, we're going to continue to find the best restaurants in Singapore for our audience. I think this year again has shown just how unique, dynamic and exciting the Singaporean dining scene really is."
