The MICHELIN Guide takes you on a trip to Slovenia to discover the treasures of this country, its chefs, its products and its producers. Following the launch of the MICHELIN Guide Slovenia in september 2021, we take a closer look at Rajh, run by chef Leon Pintarič.

This inn, Rajh, proudly run by the fourth and fifth generations, is a true family affair and will soon celebrate its 50th anniversary. The menu focuses on Slovenian specialities with strong and bold flavours, followed by a selection of desserts, including the unmissable and delicious "prekmurska gibanica" (tiered strudel cake).
