A tea salon started by the founder of a local high fashion brand became a full-blown dining concept in 2022. The room boasts a wall of Pu-er tea bricks as a nod to its past. The 3- to 5-course lunch set offers good value, with only one season-driven tasting menu at dinner. The head chefs excel in preparing local and Asian produce using classic French techniques. Petit fours are served with your choice of Chinese tea, such as Taitung red oolong.
