The Matild Palace Hotel – one of a pair of matching belle époque palaces bult by the Archduchess of Austria – is a grand building in a stunning setting beside the Elizabeth Bridge. It’s fitting then, that it’s home to a smart restaurant run by an Austrian Chef. Wolfgang Puck’s fun dining concept brings something a little different to Budapest’s culinary scene, with a selection of appealing, well-executed dishes that draw their inspiration from across the world.
