On the shores of Lake Galve, in the heart of a national park, you’ll find this intimate, modern restaurant, which affords incredible views over the water to the 14th Century Trakai Island Castle from its floor-to-ceiling windows. When the sun's shining, the lovely terrace is the place to be. Complex modern cooking is a reflection of the locale, exemplified by the likes of beetroot with goat’s cheese and flavour-packed lamb cutlets.
