This compact restaurant with a modern design is located on the outskirts of the city centre. Interesting glimpses of the chefs going about their work are afforded by the open kitchen. The set menu comprises three or seven creatively and thoughtfully prepared courses, including eel, quince, black salsify, or woodruff, cherry, popcorn.
