This on-trend, modern bistro concept – including a chef's table and open kitchen complete with Jopser grill – lies within the historical walls of a military bakery with lofty vaulted ceilings. The flavoursome cuisine is creative and seasonal, with an appealing à la carte menu, plus an extra dish at lunchtime.
