Start your meal with the içli köfte, a house speciality combining a creamy yoghurt sauce with a steamed bun stuffed with highly aromatic lamb. And be sure to sample the other mezze, such as the imam bayildi: stuffed aubergine with a subtle smoky flavour, caramelised onion and candied red pepper.
