While the menu may not have English translations, the staff and menu photos help you make your order. The snails in coconut soup, curry and steamed with fresh peppercorn are superb. Another signature dish is apple snail with ginger and lemongrass. Each dish is flanked by a range of sauces underscored by fresh herbs.
