Steeped in tradition, this inn in the centre of Podersdorf has been run by the same family for four generations. Their attachment to the region is reflected in delicious dishes such as Kalbsrahmbeuschel (veal lights ragout) with bread dumplings, which are made with ingredients from the owner's native Burgenland. The establishment also boasts its own winery, a nearby wine tavern (open Fri, Sat and Sun) and five cosy and inviting double rooms.
