The menu changes frequently to reflect the seasons and ranges from traditional dishes to creative riffs on the classics. Masa is one of the cornerstones of the kitchen, stone ground in house from Oaxacan criollo corn and hand shaped into diverse specialties ranging from tortillas and tlayudas to memelas, finished on a wood-fired comal.
