MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

When three alums of Komi and Little Serow combine their talents, the result is bound to be an easygoing gem, where food, drinks and hospitality mesh effortlessly. The mood here is buzzy and the interior colorful, with watery blue murals and highly attentive servers. Don’t be fooled by the casual vibe though, as this kitchen team is notably serious.
Start with a unique selection of "breads"—composed plates of clever baked goods, like a lightly toasted zucchini slice topped with winter squash yogurt, thin rings of jalapeño and puffed sorghum. Roasted pork loin may then be served lean yet tender, juicy, and enticingly dressed with the season's best. A soft and smooth rainwater Madeira custard is topped with semolina crumble for an ingenious finish.
