This cosy rustic restaurant enjoys a wonderful location at 1 490m above sea level. It is housed in the Lötschental's oldest hotel, which opened in 1868 (the modern Alpine-style guestrooms are gorgeous!) and serves exceptionally good food. The dishes are prepared with regional and seasonal ingredients. Tip: leave some room for one of the fabulous desserts! To accompany your meal, there are Valais wines. Overlooking the valley and mountains, the delightful lounge and terrace area is adorned with flowers and herbs. Shorter menu served 2-5pm.
