The MICHELIN Guide's 2021 Bib Gourmand selection for Taipei and Taichung highlights 58 eateries in Taipei and 33 in Taichung. Among the selected venues, 19 are new, with 6 located in Taipei and 13 in Taichung.

Michelin announces the Star selection of the MICHELIN Guide Taipei & Taichung 2021 to be officially revealed via a virtual event at 1:30 PM Taiwan Time on 25 August 2021. The 2021 edition will also debut a brand-new distinction, the MICHELIN Green Star, to highlight role-model restaurants that outstandingly embody and embrace sustainability in their day-to-day operations.
