An old stone farmhouse nestling in the refreshing shade of an oak forest, chirping cicadas, the gentle murmur of water in the pool, premium quality aged beef (Australian and Japanese Black Angus and Wagyu), a traditional menu supervised by chef Christopher Hache (whose starred Maison Hache is just next-door) and flawlessly fresh ingredients.
